Problems with ISPs fixed

Heading: Problems with ISPs fixed

Recently, we had some major problems with various e-mail providers that were blocking e-mails from the Crew List. The problem included e-mails from shipmates, password requests and activation e-mails. The affected providers were mainly sbcglobal, bellsouth and att.net These problems are solved now and messages will be sent to the respective receivers properly.
Please note that no messages were lost. Messages from shipmates are always sent to the e-mail address registered for an account and another copy of the message is sent to the Crew List Inbox which is part of every account. All messages are accessable after logging in to your account.

Crewlist Account User Message Box

Heading: Crewlist Account User Message Box

We have noticed that there are several people using outdated email addresses in their accounts (e.g. from their old commands). This results in the fact, that they can not be contacted by old shipmates. Therefore, we modified the contact procedure and all submitted contact forms are now sent to the newly created message box in the recipiant's crewlist account. Additionally, an email will be sent to the user informing him/her about the message. After logging in to the crewlist account, the message can be read.

This way, no messages are lost and users are able to receive messages from old shipmates even when using an outdated email address.
