USS HEPBURN was the fourth KNOX - class frigate. Decommissioned on December 20, 1991 and stricken from the Navy list on January 11, 1995, HEPBURN was finally sunk as a target on June 4, 2002. The exact location of the SINKEX was 047° 05' North, 127° 17' West.
